Hibernating kiosks

There are just over 20 classic “visor roof” kiosks in Helsinki. Some of these kiosks are used to sell beverages and snacks. Most of the working ones are only open in the summer. In winter the majority of these kiosks stay closed, hibernating until they open once again when spring comes to the city – windows shut, sides covered in graffiti.
